There are mean reasons as to why people eat what they do. Some of these could have stemmed from when they were a child, their culture, their religious beliefs, allergies, or even just their taste buds. Something's I won't eat because my mom and or family would not eat them so we never had them. Sometimes I trying things and I just don't like it, but that's just me.
I've noticed a few times when I am at work we have to do things a special way because of one of our customers culture. She can't eat meat because they believe ever animal is precious. We also have to be careful when someone says no cheese because more than likely they are allergic to milk products.
When it comes to my employees and food I would have to make sure that I get stuff that fits them and their beliefs. I would make sure that they are plenty of options in the lunch room and make sure they knew what they were eating. But when it came to planning a company dinner and or picnic I would send out and email to everyone to figure out what people would want or like to have. Then I would figure up which food everyone liked the best and serve that.
You always need to be conscientious about what food you serve or provide.

What is Fear?
Over the last couple days I have sat and talked to a few of my friends and coworkers are what they fear and why they feared it. Everyone's came about in a different way.
After talking to everyone I realized everyone has a different fear or many fears. Some of these fears even have an underlining meaning. Some of them are just people being afraid of death in its self. Peoples fears come about in strange but sometimes simple ways. Or they can come around in traumatic kind of way.
- One of my coworkers David is afraid of dogs because when he was younger he was attacked but a dog and it has scarred him for life. He says he will never own a dog.
- My best friend Kylie is afraid of snakes. She's never really had a contact with a snake. Its just the thought of being bit by one and possibly dying.
- My old debate team mates fear is dying alone. She doesn't want to be by herself when she dies. She spent most of her childhood being alone and this resulted in the fear of being alone.
- My grandma is afraid of falling and breaking something because her sister fell and broke her hip and ever since then her sisters health has been getting worse and worse. She doesn't want that to be her as well.
- My mom is afraid of car wrecks because every one she has had has not been good. One wreck messed up her leg so its a little hard for her to walk. And her most recent wreck she got her car totaled. And that car was her most favorite thing.
